Balance Top-Ups
All balance top-ups are non-refundable. Funds added to your account are for use on TempEmailInbox only.
We do not offer withdrawals to external accounts, wallets, or payment methods.
SMS Verification
- If an SMS verification code is not received within the 20-minute window, the cost is automatically refunded to your account balance.
- If you cancel an active SMS verification, the full cost is refunded to your balance.
- SMS refunds are processed to your TempEmailInbox balance, not to your original payment method.
Feature Purchases
Custom prefix ($0.10), permanent inbox ($0.20), domain unlock ($1.00), storage upgrade ($1.00), and custom domain ($5.00) purchases are non-refundable.
If a purchase fails due to a technical error, the charge is automatically reversed.
Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after using services will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining balance, and may result in legal action.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
