1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TempEmailInbox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including Guest users, Free registered users, and Users with balance.
2. Service Description
TempEmailInbox provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. The Service is designed for:
- Protecting your privacy when signing up for online services
- Avoiding spam in your primary email inbox
- Testing and development purposes
- One-time verifications and confirmations
3. User Accounts & Tiers
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- Any unlawful purpose or illegal activities
- Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening communications
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Spamming or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Creating accounts for minors without parental consent
- Attempting to bypass service limitations or security measures
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and report illegal activities to law enforcement.
5. Account Balance & Payments
Non-Refundable Balance: Account balance is non-refundable and non-transferable. Funds added to your account are intended for use within the TempEmailInbox platform only. We do not offer withdrawals to external accounts, wallets, or payment methods.
No Withdrawals: To protect against fraud, money laundering, and payment abuse (including stolen credit card top-ups and chargeback fraud), TempEmailInbox does not support balance withdrawals.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after using services constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining balance, and potential legal action.
SMS Refunds: If an SMS verification code is not received, the cost is automatically refunded to your account balance. Refunds are processed to your TempEmailInbox balance, not to your original payment method.
Pricing: SMS and service pricing varies based on the service and country. Prices are displayed before purchase.
Exceptional Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, refund requests to the original payment method may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting [email protected]. TempEmailInbox reserves the right to deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
Payment Methods: We accept cryptocurrency payments via Cryptomus (BTC, ETH, USDT, and more).

6. Permanent Email Inboxes
Permanent email addresses purchased are reserved for your account and will not expire. However, TempEmailInbox reserves the right to reclaim permanent addresses associated with:
- Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months)
- Accounts used for illegal or abusive purposes
- Accounts that violate these terms
Permanent inbox purchases are non-refundable.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Chargeback or payment disputes
- Illegal activity
Upon termination, any remaining account balance is forfeited and permanent inboxes may be deactivated.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Data Retention: Emails and inbox data are automatically deleted according to your tier's retention policy. We do not keep backups of deleted data.
No Guarantee of Privacy: While we take measures to protect your data, temporary email by nature is not designed for sensitive communications. Do not use this service for confidential information.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some websites may block temporary email domains.
We are not responsible for any emails you receive or fail to receive, or for any content within those emails.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPEMAILINBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
